Shipping and Returns

General Shipping Information

We ship out orders twice a month, on the first and third Thursday of every month. Orders do take time for processing, so an item ordered on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning might not make it into that week's batch. If you have circumstances necessitating a sooner shipping time, please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping in Canada and the US

All orders shipped to Canada and the US come tracked and insured.

International Shipping

If you live in other parts of the world please drop us a line! We would be happy to send you a shipping quote for your order. Please note that due to current shipping restrictions, shipping to your country may not be available at this time.

Generally, international shipping from Canada is around $10-$15 CAD without tracking, and $30-$70+ with tracking. 

While we highly recommend tracking and insuring your order, we also understand that it can be cost prohibitive and are able to ship international orders without it upon request. Please note that if you opt to ship without tracking and insurance, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs and Imports

Please note that asking for an item to be a gift will not mean that it will be shipped marked as a gift. This is considered fraud. Please be aware of the customs and import fees associated with your country that may be due when you receive your package.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order please do not hesitate to send us a message and we will be happy to discuss and do what we can to fix it.
